You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for at least a week, and use it to make delicious snacks like Pav Bhaji and Bhel Puri .

Chilli Garlic Chutney recipe - How to make Chilli Garlic Chutney

Soaking time:  30 minutes   Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 0.5 cup

  1. Soak the kashmiri red chillies in hot water in a deep bowl for ½ an hour.
  2. Drain, remove the stems.
  3. Combine the kashmiri chillies, garlic, salt and ¼ cup of water in the mixer and blend till smooth.
  4. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Use as required.

The chilli garlic chutney is amazing. It gives an amazing color when I add it to any of my vegetables due to the addition of kashmiri chillies. i have made it and stored in my freezer and i use it whenever my recipe requires good red color. I used it for pavbhaji and the colour and flavour was amazing.

This chilli garlic chutney goes great with paneer wraps.
