The diabetic soups look delicious, and I plan to try doing one maybe this week, weekend, or next. May I add that the fat and cheese are not a problem for people with high sugar, too many carbs, processed foods, trans fats, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners (aspertame, maltodextrin, etc.), and nitrates from processed meats are the real culprits. The fats, overall, are not bad for diabetics! Thanks for sharing.

   Thank you for your feedback. Fats in restricted amounts are acceptable. For people aiming weight loss, visible fats like cheese and cream are best avoided. Instead they can opt for healthy fats like coconut, walnut, alomnds etc. Please keep sharing your feedback on recipes and articles you love.
